PNN/ Faridabad: J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad has invited online applications from the students of Echelon Institute of Technology (EIT), Faridabad from October 23 to 25, 2019 for their adjustment/transfer in other colleges and institutions affiliated with the University.

The students who are admitted in Echelon Institute of Technology (EIT), Faridabad and registered with the University in the academic session 2017-18 and 2018-19 can apply for the same. The link of online application form has been provided on the University website https://jcboseust.ac.in.

This information while sharing with media, the university said the students would have to submit information regarding University Registration Number, admitted in the session and course, qualification and contact details along with their preference in the order from the list of colleges/institutions affiliated with the University, in the online application form.

The adjustment/transfer of students would be made on the basis of preferences provided by them after considering the vacancy of seats in the concerned Institute/College. For the convenience of the students, the details of vacant seats in affiliated Institutes/Colleges are also being made available on the university website. For any kind of clarification in respect of adjustment/transfer process, the students can contact the Affiliation Branch of the University.

The University has clarified that only those students will be adjusted / transferred to other Institutes/Colleges affiliated with the University, who were admitted in Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad and registered with the University in previous Academic Session 2017-18 and 2018-19 in its various programmes.

It is important to clarify here that due to non-compliance of affiliation norms, the University has not granted affiliation to Echelon Institute of Technology, Faridabad for the academic session 2019-20 and no student of Echelon Institute of Technology Faridabad is registered with the University for the academic session 2019-20.
