PNN/ Faridabad: Faridabad Chapter of NIRC of ICSI, on the occasion of Student Month Celebration, July, 2022 organised a “Zero Grievance Day” on 19th July, 2022 at Chapter premises. Samadhan Diwas or Zero grievance day is an initiative by the ICSI towards on-the-spot solution of the issues of the stakeholder of ICSI in pan India.

On this day Faridabad Chapter officials interact and resolve the pending issues / grievances of the students pertaining to the areas of registration/study material/ New Training Structure/Pending registration etc. Instant resolution of issues provided.
The stakeholders have appreciated the efforts of the Institute for creating a platform for direct interaction to solve their matter on the spot and requested to continue the same for the benefit of the stakeholders.
