PNN/ Faridabad: To develop skill of non- flame dishes, the tiny tots of Blue Bird Sr. Sec. School, SGM Nagar, Faridabad cooked food without fire in the school premises on Saturday. In this activity, students of 3rd to 7th standard participated enthusiastically.
The aim of the activity was to provide a platform for students to showcase their talent and explore new areas of interest. It was conducted with a view to create awareness about the nutritional value of food cooked without fire.
The school principal Nalini Mohan said the students prepared healthy dishes like ‘Sprouted Bhel, Orange Tang and Cheesy Biscuit Canoapy’ using easy and quick recipes. They served the dishes in an artistic and aesthetic way.
