‘Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.’

PNN/ Faridabad: To inspire hope among students and propel them to strive towards something better and greater, and to felicitate and appreciate the brilliant Ryanites for their stupendous performance, a special assembly was conducted in school premises here today. It was a culmination assembly for month long environment activities. Under the vision of tht Chairman of Ryan Group of Institutions Dr. Augustine F Pinto and Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto, students staged a bonanza of their cultural talents.

The day was filled with excitement and fervour for students, parents and teachers as well. The ceremony was graced by the esteemed guests S. K. Adlakha, entrepreneur and great social worker, Navdeep Singh Sindhu, Director Project Thaili and a great social worker and Aditya Malhotra , Senior producer at NDTV. The guests were felicitated with saplings as a token of warm welcome presented by the principal Nisha Sharma.

A heartfelt welcome was extended to the revered guests and proud parents. The proceedings began on an auspicious note through Lord’s prayer and Bible reading followed by soul stirring praise and worship songs. The Rock Band made the whole place feel electric. The entire stage was rumbling with the sound of music. Students of class X set the stage on fire with their energetic dance performance. Dressed in colourful attires they gave an excellent performance and enthralled the audience with their expressions and moves. A Nukkad Natak was presented by class IX on the theme ‘Kitni Hari hai ye Vasundhra’. It successfully highlighted before the audience importance of conserving environment. Slogans were raised and vows were taken. The day marked the end of month long activities on the theme of conservation of environment, which included extensive plantation drive by students inside the school premises as well as around various places in the town.

Ryan prince and Ryan princess were selected. The day witnessed the prize distribution ceremony where in the students from class X with exceptional skills were felicitated with awards for their achievement in various categories such as Excellence in Academics, Avid reader, Nimble feet, Nightingale, Scientific Inclination, Information technology, sports etc. Scholar ties were given to the students who scored 90℅ and above in the board exams and awards were given to subject toppers. The school echoed with thunderous applaud, admiring the conscientious Ryanites who have proved their mettle by displaying extraordinary performance.

Speaking on the occasion, the chief guests admired the school’s efforts in educating the society and taking a lead for environmental protection. The school principal Nisha Sharma in her address appreciated the students for their constant and consistent hard work. She also expressed gratitude to the dear parents for extending unanimous support ever.

The programme concluded with the vote of thanks presented by Lavanya Jain and School song.
